BW-2500 Type Gable-Top Carton Filling Machine IntroductionOur factory is the first company in studying and producing gable top carton filling machines in China. It is a high-tech company concentrated with research, development and production. In 2003, we designed and produced the first set of gable top carton filling machine of China based on our independent development and advanced technology abroad. Since then, gable top carton filling machine can be produced in China. In domestic market, there are about 90 sets of BW-2500 machine serving in various production enterprises, and in international market, we have about 20 users. They are all running well now.BW-2500 type gable top carton filling machine is full automatic with top level configuration. It is provided with different types to meet different customers' need, according to the output, configuration, automatic degree, carton size, etc. A type machine: for filling milk, yogurt, cream, soy milk, liquid egg, etc.B type machine: for filling type for juice, tea drink, corn drink, soy milk, pure water, etc.C type machine: for filling sauce, wine, spices, cleaning solution, liquid chemical product, etc.D type machine: for filling granular and dry powder, etc. 1. Work flow :
Put cardboard into carton holder (manually) → Bottom preforming → Bottom heating and sealing → Ultrasonic capping (Optional)→ Filling → Top preforming → Top heating and sealing → Date printing → Finished productThe whole process is controlled by PLC, and only need one person to operate.2. Suitable for filling: Various kinds of dairy products, such as milk, yogurt, cream, soy been milk, liquid egg, etc.3. Installation requirement: Any smooth floor, such as cement, floor tile, plastic ground, etc. Do not need to make angle. The machine is with carton lifting function to avoid foam forming and splashing when filling juice and milk. The machine is made of food-grade stainless steel and the surface is special processed to be beautiful.4.
